Lloyd Donders is an experienced class action attorney, focusing on pharmaceutical antitrust, consumer, and securities class action litigation.
A sampling of Mr. Donders’ experience includes representing plaintiffs in a large multidistrict litigation concerning the inflation of wholesale pharmaceutical prices, and a large class action against one of the primary mortgage companies involved in the housing crisis. He has also represented funds in many mortgage-backed securities and related litigations.
Mr. Donders earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and received a B.S. in Management/Management Information Systems from Binghamton University’s School of Management. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 2002.
Before practicing law, Mr. Donders was an Information Technology consultant at a large investment bank.
Mr. Donder’s work in the community includes representation of underserved children, in order to assist them with obtaining essential special education supports and services from their schools.
